Campaign – Check in on those around you – World Mental Health Day

This campaign really struck a chord with me when I saw it, in the same way as this other one I wrote about. It’s also poignant to me because Norwich City Football Club are nicknamed the Canaries due to the history of breeding the birds in that area and it’s where I’m from. My uncle, who was a sports journalist, once gifted me a t-shirt of the team which I must have at home somewhere. Maybe I should find it and keep it somewhere I can see it as a reminder of this campaign, that I am not alone and to check in with those around me.
